MRKTLISTER software provides a service allowing interaction with the Facebook social network provided by Facebook, Inc. Note that this third-party service has separate and independent privacy policies. MRKTLISTER will therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of third-party links. However, our aim is to protect the integrity of our software, hence we welcome any feedback regarding these sites.

Google’s advertising requirements are included in Google’s Advertising Principles. They were developed to provide a positive experience for users.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA requires commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.
